This is a good quality product and it should work for most dogs that are having mobility problems with their back legs.

For the price point it does the trick. My border collie and cocker spaniel mix is only 4 and had torn both cruciate ligaments in his back legs within a few weeks of eachother. So needless to say it’s been hard helped by him get up. Once my pup is up he gets around ok, but when he’s laying flat on the ground it’s really hard to get him up. He’s just heavy enough that I can’t pick him up when he’s laying on the ground. So I can just slide this under his stomach and more towards the back, then I can lift him up to get him into a standing position. Overall it’s simple and does the trick for what I needed it for.

worked so well after our girls surgery. we spent almost 200 on a fancy harness the vet recommended and she hated it. This simple lift was sooo much easier to lift her hi d end and she's a 100lb dog.

My dog hurt his back leg and was in so much pain and couldn’t get up to go outside to potty so I ordered this to help him stand and walk as he’s 70 pounds and hard to pick up. Great quality and since it’s lined made it more comfortable for him to use.

This is a must have for anyone with a pet that has ivdd!!! Our 85 lb dog was paralyzed for 5 week and this helped soo much to bring him out once he was able to stand!

This is a well made sling, with very soft fabric on the side that touches the dog. It has strong handles and a connector you can attach at the top to use one handed. The straps are adjustable. The hoist is washable and the whole thing can fit inside the drawstring bag when you aren't using it. The rating is for 50-100 pounds.

Look for better, this would not help much you could use a towel or small blanket to do the same if needed.Would work better if there was something that held it on them, so it would already be on them when needed.
