Even it says frequently return item, I took the risk. And I'm so glad I did. My 4lbs Maltese use the balcony to go potty when is too hot or raining outside, and even though he uses the pads, sometimes his target is off and missed the mark when peeing.This system, although small, is perfect for him. He immediately raise his little leg inside the enclosure and for the first time he was happy to pee in the balcony. I changed the pads every two days or so, and cleaning is so easy. No more mopping the floor. I only use a vinegar solution to clean the panels.This idea is brilliant. It should come in different sizes, though, so other dogs parents can benefit too.

Silicon base is heavy weight but urine smell won't wash out. Walls are cheap and rickety. Not worth the money and no instructions where included to put together. Confusing extra parts? Also pictures in listing include dog not to scale.

The high walls frame is smaller than the tray. So you need to remove it to change pads.

My dog adjusted to it right away. No spashes on the Baseboard or wall. Love the silicone mat. Easy cleanup. The only frustrating this is the clips that hold it together. They fall off easily and it gets tiring putting it together over and over. Oh and I also dislike the stitching on the panels. Urine is not easy to clean 100%. But overall I love the product. Definitely would purchase again.

Easy to put together. Used for cat litter box enclosure and to direct my yorkies to the peepads. I’m very glad I found this! I added extra pieces sold separately and it’s a perfect set up.

It’s okay. Pops off a lot. Drain very easily gotta wash it a lot if dog pees on it. Just a lot of work. I rather buy the build in frame around.

I use magnets so the potty pads are up on the sides. I also bought a little fire hydrant as a target. I haven’t had to clean pee off my floor since installing this. Thank you!! The mat on the bottom is also non slip and stays in place on hard flooring.

First things first - the seller is trustworthy. Thanks for prompt refund.The item is great if you have a VERY small dog...No leaks and the guard pieces is something essential if you have a boy; however keep in mind that it is a lightweight and in order to make it work well it should be tied into something for better studiness (to the crate, staircase or something else) as dog can push it quite easly when they are 'finding positions to do their business'.The design could be improved by some 'L' shaped base holder to put in underneath the base for studiness and to prevent the side pee wall from collapsing.However, if used inside the crate/playpen or resting on the side of it, it should be brilliant for a VERY small dog.The base is very soft, it can be folded or made into a roll. Whole thing can be easy taken in the bag for travel, hotel, beach or anywhere really (but again, keep the size in mind as it is a VERY small toilet). The picture of item with a dog on it DOES NOT present the real size, therefore I suggest to check the size properly to ensure it is something you'll find useful for your pup.TOO SMALL FOR MY JAGDTERRIER. BUT IF MY SMALLER PUP (CHIHUAHUA) WAS A BOY, I WOULD PROPPABLY KEEP IT.
