Nail clippers are great, there is a backing so you don't cut too far and hurt your dogs and it prevents the nails from flying at you. The nail file is cheap and not good.

These nail clippers work perfectly for small breeds like my French Bulldog. The safety guard is a great feature, and they’re easy to use. Highly recommend!

I bought these clippers for my senior dog who has thick dark nails. The previous pair had become dull. These new clippers cut like a champ! Because they are scissor hinged and not guillotine style, her nails didn't shatter. Super sharp blades were a blessing. It also came with a nail file so I could dull the sharp edges to keep her from scratching herself into shreds.

I bought these for my schnauzer mix dog. They are a good size and I’m able to grip them comfortably. They cut his nails very easily and he only mildly resisted. They seem to be made well and are sharp enough to easily cut through his nails. The guide helps to not cut to much off. They did come with a file but I will not be using it as my dog will not tolerate it. I do recommend these and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Loved this type. I did a bit of research and ended up buying these because it cuts your pet's nails from both sides which is easier on the dog's nails and much better all around. Yup love them! They're super easy to use and I can see they don't bother my dog as much as the other style. My one dog is terrified to get his nails clipped and we used these while he was drinking water, we didn't even need to pick up his paw. Super easy and love the safety backing on it too!! 5 stars!
