I tried a number of prong collars that didn't fit well, so slipped around my medium sized, 40lb dog's neck, and thus didn't stop her from pulling.The prong collar we had for 10 years, but broke, worked well.This is the first collar I found that has worked. I like that it opens up completely flat when unhooked. The previous one was always a circle/ring, and it scared my dog to put her head through the ring of prongs. She doesn't hesitate to let me buckle this one on her.I love the purple color.It comes with a bonus leash and collar ( non prong). Unfortunately, I cannot make the collar small enough to fit her neck. But the leash is handy, and fairly long.I like the cover for the collar, so people cannot see its a choke, prong collar.

I have 2 maltese poodle (maltipoo) and I did have to take a couple of I would call "brakets" (I am not sure about the name) but it fitted perfectly after, I am still training them but this did help alot as one of them does not like other dogs so pulling back has become less of an issue.

This product is a great idea but it does not work as a pinch collar. It just works as a regular collar with prongs. I will be returning this product.

I liked the fact that this particular collar had a purple cover and the prongs had rubber protectors. I only wanted the weight of the collar to make my dog aware during training and not to use the pressure for pain.I needed to add links so it was not tight on my dog. You have to pinch the links inward to add links. The link that is attached to the collar itself completely broke off while I was trying to add another one. The collar is useless. Plus the velcro that attaches the cover to the collar no longer stays on. Hair gets on the velcro which prevents it from staying attached. The cover would come off.However, I like the flat collar and leash that came with it. I am using that collar and leash, but the training prong collar is useless and will be tossed in the garbage.I only bought the prong collar because it was recommended, even though it was against my better judgement. I am a fan of the quality harnesses that are on the market and that is what I am using, with painless success.

Good collar. Basic collar nothing special/ nothing bad. Good for the money
