No instructions received. Product was tested with the dog, but could not adjustthe straps properly with no instructions.

The chair is really good, it has worked well, it is light, it allows our dog to lie down without any problem. The only problem is that it is not easy to adjust but our furry friend's physiotherapist was able to do it easily. We actually thought about returning it because it didn't seem to work but the doctor said it was a good chair.We are using it for therapies and we hope that this is temporary.My only recommendation with this product is to improve the assembly instructions.
