For the past 4-5 months (since August 2025), I’ve been dealing with excruciating neck pain. At first, I thought it was how I slept the night before. The pain was constant—every time I turned, nodded, or tried to rest my head on my shoulder, it hurt. Since I’ve always used the same comfortable (and expensive) pillow, I didn’t think it was the culprit.I tried everything: slowing down my neck movements, reducing stress, and using a heating pad. Nothing worked. Two months later, with no improvement, I bought a 6D Shiatsu Neck Massager from Amazon. While it felt amazing—easily a 10/10 purchase—the pain didn’t go away.My neurologist ordered x-rays, but they showed nothing. Muscle relaxers didn’t help either. Then, he finally said, just try a pillow made for side sleepers. What’s the worst that can happen? It keeps me cool, reduces tossing and turning, and helps me wake up feeling refreshed. I’ve been using this cervical pillow for many weeks now and it has been a great addition to my sleep routine. The design feels well thought out with just the right amount of firmness and support to stay comfortable all through the night. The contour dipped shape provides excellent neck and head alignment and makes it easy for me to sleep steady and straight. The material is of high-quality and the pillow still holds it shape even after nightly use. Overall, this is a sturdy and well-made pillow that has enhanced my personal sleep experience. The price is worth every penny.My only issue is that it doesn’t come with a waterproof cover (washable cover yes) which I had to provide on my own due to sometimes my head and neck sweats. This is more of a personal issue however and I recommend everyone add a waterproof cover in addition to the cover that comes with the pillow for extra long lasting protection to make sure this pillow lasts a long time.

First few days, you can feel the difference between the high and low sides.I used the high sides and after a week, the high and low are the same height.
