Amazon said this would not fit my 2003 F150 4.6 but I went to Dorman's website and they said it would. I always know that Dorman is a good quality product. Took care of my check engine light.

i got this for my 2003 ford expedition 4.6 l it was a little longer than the original one but i got it to fit and fixed my problem , i had to loosen the egr to get it to fit but other than that i works great

Well made, threads are clean, used 27mm wrench. Used on 2003 F150 4.6L. Had to remove EGR Valve with old tube attached. Could not make enough room to use wrench inside the engine.
