Amazon said this would not fit my 2011 F150 V8, but it fits fine. Makes it possible to use one of those big red funnels. I don't leave it on, I just use it when I'm doing an oil change - but I guess you could leave it on if you want to. Works good, recommended.

Made this purchase regardless of the fact amazon said it would not fit. It does fit the 2012 ford f150 5.0 v8's. This makes the angle for filling oil much easier.

It fits like it should, but it locks in, and is difficult to remove (I bought it for making oil changes easier). Broke the locking clip off removing it. And to just leave it on, there's no gasket to seal it off, so that's not happening.

Lo bueno:Se instala bien, aunque amazon dice que no se puede instalar en el vehiculo. La tapa queda bien puesta sobre el codito.Lo malo:la tapa/rosca del aceite roza un poco con la manguera que sale de la valvula PCV. Se tiene que agregar algun tipo de envolvente en esa parte, en la manguera, para que con las vibraciones del motor, no desgasten esa manguera poco a poco, y empiece a generar asi las fugas de vacio (lean codes) en un futuro.
