Exactly as promised, and it even arrived early. Surprised, actually, by how nice it was. The stand was very easy to assemble - took only a few minutes. Took a couple tries to get the hammock hung right for our comfort. It feels sturdy, even with both my husband and I on it (total combined weight 300+), with plenty of room for both. We weren't dumped into the middle. The quilted pad is a nice dark blue and white and helps disperse the weight which makes it very comfortable. The pillow is only big enough to support one head. Bought this as a father's day gift but we both love it. It looks really nice out back. Unfortunately, its been either raining or the brood x cicaida are in full cacophonic frolic since the day after it arrived, so i brought the pad inside, otherwise I would include pictures.

This is a great packaged deal for the price. This thing is super easy to assemble and take wherever you want. The hammock itself is comfy, but that cover pad makes it even more comfortable. The pad cover awesome for sunny, windy days too because it blocks the wind, so all you need it a light blanket to stay warm.The only critique I have is that the zipper on the bag is cheap, so it broke pretty easily, but I just replaced it and now it works great. Also, the metal tubes rusted a little, but that was after I took it to a beach and it got salt water on it. I just threw some Rustoleum on it and haven't had a problem since.

I've really enjoyed having this hammock. I've taken it down by hand and moved it to a better spot in roughly 5 minutes. It can easily be adjusted by hand too. It's inexpensive, and the cover and pillow are nice additions (you'll probably want to add a blanket or extra pillow on cool evenings. It's very home-y). If you take it in in the winter or during long periods of heat or rain, it'll last a long time I think. If you don't want to worry about any of that, it's so inexpensive that you could afford to purchase a new one in a different style in a few years. I also bought a different type of hammock from this company, and they're both easy to use, comfortable and well made.

The hammock arrived on time and was VERY easy to put together! It is comfortable and sturdy! I will say that two people ( my husband and I are average size) really don't fit in the hammock comfortably, but it's perfect for one! Really a very good product for a reasonable price!

This is a really nice hammock and assembled quickly. It seems very study. There are two carrying bags. One is more "heavy duty" for the polls and the other is more light duty for the rope part of the hammock. Odd sizes, though. The smaller bag is too small and the larger bag isn't quite large enough...lol.When it arrived there were plastic caps over the ends of the poles as protection for storage/shipping. Thought, "wow, that is a great idea...then the bag won't tear...as the metal ends are a bit sharp." An unadvertised perk! But, two were missing from the "U" shaped section.No worries, contacted Heather in customer service asking for the two missing ones. Very nice and very responsive to emails. However, she didn't know anything about these storage caps and wanted a picture...since they are not in the description. She still know about them and said she would let sales know...and may include them in the future.Not the end of the world as I didn't expect them to begin with. Just struck me funny, though, they didn't know what was packed in the box.Still a good product, though.

Great quality. Very comfy. Plenty big enough for my 260 plus sized self. Very pretty.

The stand seems very sturdy and it is easy to take apart and put together!! However, the hammock itself really isn’t the best quality; the rope it’s made from seems really thin and the chain on one side is already rusted out of the box.
