3M Very High Bond Tape
NOTE:
1.3M tape is not obvious to the touch after tearing off the release paper. This is the Tape characteristic of tape glue. It needs a certain amount of force and continuous pressing to release its stickiness. so it is convenient for everyone to modify it when the wrong position is posted.
2. 3M,tape will work best when it is pasted for 72 hours. Don't bear weight during this time.
3. The temperature in winter is low, if it feels not very sticky, it is recommended to use a hair dryer to heat it up.
4. Can not be used on litchi pattern surface, peeling, rough surface, or silicone material

I tried to secure a few things inside our family's cars for various purposes and none of the double sided tapes that I own survived being in a hot car for more than an hour. After being frustrated for quite some time, I thought, there are millions of others who have similar needs: an adhesive material that can hold whatever it needs to hold in cold and hot weather, especially inside a hot car on a sunny day.So here I am, searching and searching and realizing that the 3M VHB is made to be idiotically strong. So I bought these and tried it.It is holding all the things I need it to hold even when the car got to 150F for several hours.Honestly I'm quite impressed. It's a bit pricey, but it freakin works. And THAT, is what matters. It works and it's a bit more expensive than the regular stuff, but it will do what the regular stuff can't even dream of doing.

We used these to replace worn-out 3M backing of corner protector/bumpers and strip lighting tracks for LED behind a TV. Purchased: 1/2in*15.6ft and would recommend them.Pros:- looks/performs to be the legit 3M brand. For the 3+ months we've used it (during 80-90 degree indoor temperature), nothing we've used it on (between >1 to 5 lbs) has fallen down.- easy to use: just remove the backing on each side.Cons:- none so far. I have not tried to remove the tape and have not tested it outside/on cars/lights/alarm systems like other reviewers may have.

We own a motorcoach and have a problem with our windows. It’s weird how cheaply the windows were installed and they are all coming loose. They were only glued in by the manufacturer and over time the bond has come loose. We use this tape to remount the windows. We live in a tropical climate with extreme heat. Our motorcoach sits out in the sun and this tape holds even in our weather. I’ve now reordered it because we use it so much and it works!

I recently bought the Double Sided Heavy Duty Mounting Tape to mount a lightweight Wyze security camera. Unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations.This "heavy-duty" tape offered practically no sticking power. My Wyze camera, which is very lightweight, wouldn't adhere to the surface at all. It was completely unusable for my purposes.I double-checked to make sure I had removed all the protective films, but that wasn't the issue. The tape simply lacked the adhesive strength it advertised.Needless to say, I was very disappointed. This tape was a complete letdown and ended up being a waste of money. I returned it for a full refund and found a different mounting solution for my camera.If you're looking for mounting tape that can actually hold something in place, especially anything heavier than a feather, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This product simply doesn't deliver on its promises.

I love this double-sided tape! I know it's not labeled 3M, but it sure works just as well. The trick is to first attach it to let it sit on the wall overnight, before hanging anything on the hanger or shelf. I was using it to mount the sensor for my mail alert and it even holds up to 15 F. Top quality!

This is the same tape used in automotive shops. Good quality and sticks to clean surfaces great.

Used this tape to remount a side door panel on my driver’s side door. I washed both the door panel and the metal door before applying the tape.I just did an 8 hour road trip and it’s been about a week of in town driving, far so good! The door panel is still firmly in place. Only giving it a 4 star because I don’t know how this tape will stand the test of time.
