i finally found something that will stick to painted cinderblock walls that are exposed to cold and hot humidity due to our facility using a chiller climate control system. The trick to getting the backing off (which is not super easy) is to pull the gray adhesive -stretching it from underneath the red backing. If you have posters that are not laminated and you make a mistake in how you position the tape - you have just a short period of time to correct your error before it will require tearing a layer of the paper off. The package comes with an instruction manual and what looks like a blue guitar pic (for smoothing and assuring adherence). I just use my hand to smooth it over but I can see where it would be beneficial in some applications. I highly endorse this product after buying all kinds of other ineffective products.

Perfect for what I needed. My kitchens cooktop has metal strips at the edges to protect the glass. The strips came off. My guess is that due to the heat, the adhesive finally gave out. This fit perfect and is holding up so far. Despite the tape indicating heat resistance, I do expect this to lose it’s adhesion. For now though, it works.

This tape works very well for all sorts of uses. I have been using it to tidy up my computer desk. It holds very firmly to almost everything I have tried to use with it, with the exception of the firm side of Velcro (which took some extra persuading).This tape is quite strong, it even holds onto the removable plastic strip it's attached quite intensely. It was at times difficult to separate the two pieces and I worry it may take some paint with it if I ever try to remove it.

strongest double sided tape out there. don’t buy any chinese third party stuff this holds flat and smooth surfaces extremely well. not wood though.

I'm using it for a lightweight project, but the adhesive is super strong, I don't expect any of the parts to move during use. The backing can be difficult to get off, but they give you something like a guitar pick with thinned up corners to aid in getting the backing off. Plus I got it next day without having prime, super happy.

Don’t be fooled by the initial tackiness or lack thereof. Initially, I didn't think the product was sticky enough to solve my problem, but it worked great once I got it outside in the sun!

I bought this primarily to stick my rear view dash cam to the car as the supplied tape was inadequate and went gooey in the summer heat (about 40° inside the car).This stuff has held the camera in place firmly for the last 6-7 months without any issue, and I don’t see it failing any time soon.I’ve since used it to hold up some anti-fly netting near the patio doors, and so far so good. Even with the kids accidentally tugging on the material the tape has held up against the abuse.It’s a good thickness of tape allowing you to really push it to ensure a good connection with the surface material. Once done you just peel off the outer film and stick whatever else to the other side.Great!

This tape has a very strong adhesive, such that it's difficult to get the backing tape off. Once you have and applied it, that's it, it's stuck and it isn't easy to remove if you've not quite positioned it correctly, so get it right first time. Because of the thickness it works out quite expensive if you need to use a lot, but it certainly does a good job.
