These highly pigmented India inks not only remain lightfast and permanent, but are also totally waterproof when dry. They adhere to nearly all surfaces and are non-clogging when Used in pens. Inks can be diluted with water and Used with brushes in traditional watercolor techniques or in dip pens, technical drawing pens, and airbrushes. All colors are brilliant and transparent, except black and white, which are opaque and have excellent covering power. Each set includes 12 different colors in 1.0 Oz (30 ml) glass bottles with droppers and a custom mixing palette. Available in 24 colors.

It's a lovely cool-toned walnut shade. Perfect for inking when you want to avoid black ink. Adds a very nice "natural" and antiquated vibe to ink/watercolor work. It is fully waterproof when dry which is fantastic.

I’m obsessed with Bombay India Ink. If you’re on the fence, take the plunge. The quality is unparalleled in my opinion. I love the level of saturation and detail you can achieve. This is my new media of choice.

It's more of a warm gray-ish brown than sepia, but I guess it's like those sepia filters on editing apps, where it's just a warm-toned grayscale. Still a nice variant as opposed to using black and white india ink drawings, but not the color I was expecting

Fast shipping. Never used ink before, but since I do watercolors, I decided to try "Ink and wash" painting. I drew out a few flowers to practice, and was surprised at how well they came out. I've never used a dip pen, but found it came pretty natural to me. Would recommend product and seller!

I was really enjoying using this with my comic dip pen, flowed nice, is water proof, not the biggest color difference from black but that is just an issue of the color I was looking for.My first time using this brand and since I accidentally spilt the entire bottle on my blanket I shall indeed buy another because I was enjoying it ^_^

I love all the Dr. Ph. Martin products! The sepia ink is quite nice, if a tad slow in drying. The iridescent gold is awesome, retaining a wonderful reflective sheen, great for illuminating letters. Very happy with both.

This is good quality ink however it is not the colour I was wanting. This ink is more black - not the brown I needed.

Great colour, but dries fast and clogs up fountain pens. Other type pens/brushes should be ok.
