Installed on my 99 Dodge Durango. Most of the Dist. caps I found have sub-par aluminum contacts, but these have brass contacts which last longer and transmit ignition better than aluminum. The material the cap and rotor are made of seems to be heaver (not cheap feeling) and more robust than most distributor caps on the market. Very happy with this purchase!!

Used in a '98 Durango and got a smoother idle and a better smog score. The old one did not look carbonized but the computer complained about cylinder 6 a couple of times so replaced it with this as a starting point. In looking back at previous smog test results amazingly enough there was improvement. The included screws were certainly adequate and better than what I took out, likely making it seat better.

Quality seems good but didn't work for me. I was trying to use it on a late model fox body mustang to downsize the setup for strut tower brace clearance. It was just too small to fit onto the distributor.
