This is bar-none the best Distributor Cap and Rotor you will find for the Chevrolet 4.3. The weak spot of the 4.3 engine has always been the poor quality of the AC Delco and Cheap Chinese knock offs sold at most auto parts stores. The minute I opened the box and picked up the cap I knew I was holding a quality piece and was delighted to see that all the contact points were made of Brass and that the rotor shaft was solid in place unlike the loosed shafts found on most aftermarket rotors. And to top that off they are priced around the same as the Junk parts flooding our auto parts stores.

There are a lot of reviews saying that the quality of this cap and rotor are top notch. I disagree, it's on par with all the other Chinese caps, in my opinion. One thing I didn't like is all the plastic flashing that was left over from the injection process. They didn't take the time to remove it. While other companies do. It does work, and I was even able to use it on the Mostplus distributor, and it fit good. Only time will tell how long it last before corrosion kicks in.

Price was good but the parts made my truck skip and pop real bad, my old part was skipping but not as bad as your new part. I had to purchase a new distributor cap and rotor from my local Auto Zone at a cost of $55.00 not counting the $25.00 + for the dragon fire cap. So it cost me $80.00 but the Auto Zone cap and rotor fixed my skipping problem. Will not purchase the dragon fire products anymore, wasted my time and money.
