This is a fantastic ebike tail light but it's 12v, which doesn't match the most common ebike voltages (36v, 48v etc). Don't let that scare you away. There's a huge selection of voltage regulators right here on Amazon. Also known as "buck convertors." I picked up a 60v one for under $10. That opens up the door to a vastly larger selection of high quality lights for much lower prices, such as this one.As for this taillight, I totally dig it. You don't notice it when it's not in use & it's really bright at night. My only other tip for electric bike usage is running the light at max brightness. So basically, black source wire to black tail light wire and red source wire to the red (not yellow) tail light wire.

This is unfortunately the 3rd review I’ve made about this product. I’m not sure what guidelines I crossed in my past review on this product for Amazon to not allow it to go through.I thought this product was great for the money and installed very easily on my trailer. I’ve traveled approximately 1,000 miles so far and it seems to be holding up just fine.I wish I could say more but I don’t want this review to be taken down again.
