So far so good! Only have used once so far but glad I got this unit. It was easy to use. Getting the hose onto the attachment was very difficult however. Instructions did not note to warm the plastic in hot water but assuming it is ok, I would do that before trying to attach.

I bought this item because of the frustration I had with a previous cleaning kit. Having to take off the taps and pump through them created a huge mess every time I need to clean the lines. This solution works so much better, taps stay on, no mess everywhere, lines are cleaned perfectly. Worth the money and now I don't dread the cleaning process.

Pretty straight forward not much mess, just mix flush and rinse. It's just a garden sprayer with cleaning solution, the only part that you can't get locally would be the fitting that connects to the beer line. The cleaning solution smells like ammonia I'm guessing that's the main ingredient. Would recommend it to others.

This has drastically sped up my kegerator cleaning process. Everyone likes to keep the lines and faucets clean, this makes it much quicker than taking everything apart.

Bumped from 1 to 4 stars because company prompt and sending missing parts. Literally a 2 gallon hand pump sprayer with the original pump sprayer instructions on the box. It is missing the line attachment to the jug, the attachment to the kegerator, and the bristle brush. No instructions. Product was 100% not useable.
