The commode is a little heavy to install. I sat it on boards to line up bolt holes then lowered it into place. It looks awesome and flushes great. Glad I purchased this item!

A good replacement seat. The plastic rectangular “washers†between the seat and the porcelain commode tend to squeak when you sit on the seat.

With its narrow and curved tank, it fits neatly into a corner. The flange is 12" on center from both walls. It replaced an old and clunky looking corner toilet with a new and sleek look. This was bought on Woot, but I think it is identical. It's not as high as expected. The 17" height is to the top of the seat lid. The actual toilet is 15.5" plus the seat. The seat is a little flimsy but it looks like a standard elongated seat can replace it. Believe the other reviewers...it is heavy! Overall, I recommend it.

Arrived broken in its own wrapping. The broken parts floating around in the package. I returned it.
