This review is for an Eplo U8Pro Toilet.I’ve had it since July 2024. I do not have any issues with it.Eplo has excellent customer service. They respond quickly and are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very good at helping consumers understand their products and services. Eplo stands by their products. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I went with them.I did months of research on these types of toilets and companies that offer them.I struggled with justifying paying this much for a toilet. I wanted a toilet without the tank. These are sleek and one piece. Easy to clean.The U8Pro has a built in tank and pump. I don’t know if I needed the pump, but I feel better knowing I have the extra flushing power.I just wanted the bidet and heated seat, but the auto open/close lid and seat are a big convenience not to mention sanitary.You don’t have to touch the toilet at all except the remote. Some of the features I thought I wouldn’t need turned out to be very useful.Can’t beat these toilets. Heated seat, warm water bidet, auto open lid plus more.For you DIY’s there are videos for maintenance and repairs. Easy access to the internal parts.Clean, easy, functional, convenient.Highly recommended.

Who knew that I’d love this toilet so much?!? The EPLO is a winner! The features are amazing. The first few days, I have to admit that you play with the controls a lot. Then, it’s just normal business, for the lack of better words. The heated seat, the heated bidet, the fan… ok, I thought the fan wouldn’t get used, but it’s actually really great. This whole toilet… WINNER WINNER! Everyone loves it, it’s easy to use, and the company is very responsive if you have any questions. It’s so good that I bought two!

Have only been using for 1 week but love this toilet. It is so very automated and all the features are well explained in the documentation and easy to use. That it is chair height really makes it most comfortable. Can't wait to get another one in my vacation home!

The EPLO Smart Toilet Bidet U8Pro is an excellent addition to our master bath! It is clean, powerful and effortless to use, especially with the remote, and has comforting features such as the raised height, heated seat, automatic deodorizer, and subtly incorporated and effective bidet with warm water and dryer. Eplo Customer Service is outstanding, providing prompt answers to questions and effective solutions with helpful pictures. We took advantage of Amazon's Special Delivery Options for Large and Bulky Items to have it delivered and unboxed in our room of choice, which is a great option for this solid item. Overall, The Eplo U8Pro is easy to install and easy and pleasurable to use!

I spent too much time researching this purchase. However, my time was rewarded. This does everything that anyone needs. Plus it looks good if anyone cares. However, it really deserves more like 4.5 stars because the drying function doesn't get hot enough to complete the job. I still gave it five stars because I suspect that is a product safety feature that would be true across all brands.

Great product, easy to install and love using the toilet. Following a month use, me and my wife are very happy for our choice.Just one thing, not advertised on the Amazon website: it comes with 120 volt 60 Hz power supply. Which does not work in Europe. Fortunately I noticed this before the installation; I bought a dedicated 3000 W transformer (ca 100 Euro) before setting up the electric plug. It is now operating for more than a month, perfectly. Use a 3000 W transformer, needed for continuous use. A lower wattage transformer will warm up and become noisy.

We installed this toilet as part of a bathroom remodel. I spent a lot of time researching different options, and ultimately landed on this one because it had all the features we were looking for, was reasonably priced and was comfort height. After using it for a couple of weeks, everyone in the family is thrilled with it. Remote control is easy and intuitive, bidet pressure and temperature is great, and all of the automated functionality is convenient. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone trying to decide which smart toilet to buy - you get great value and high quality with this brand. Support was also super helpful when I was trying to decide which model to buy, you can email them and they respond immediately.

Just buy this. Nothing else matters when this smart toilet is installed in your bathroom; which we just installed whilst renovating. So fresh, clean, comforting, ridiculously addicting lolololol. So far so good, everything is working great.I've only had this a short time but its the primary head so it gets a lot of use. Installation was a bit finicky because the instructions didn't really give you enough detail about how to fasten the toilet to the floor flange. I initially didn't use the plastic sleeves into the porcelain and the screws would just go right through. I cursed a few (many) times trying to get the screw back out but once I realized what those plastic sleeves were for it went together pretty easy.The compression fitting for the water supply didn't seem like a good idea but so far it has held up well without any leaks. You do have to make sure your water supply is offset from the back of the unit, at least this is how it was for me. The toilet flange was setup for a standard toilet so was pretty tight to the wall, the compression fitting onto the water supply stuck out too far to hide it behind the toilet so I have to relocate the water supply beside the unit instead of behind. It doesn't look the greatest with the hoses showing but it wouldn't fit any other way with the flange distance from the wall.Overall we are very happy with this purchase, we didn't really know about EPLO but we took a chance and so far everything is working well. This toilet will spoil you though and you'll miss it when you're not at home. Best parts are the night light and the auto-flush. We don't use the seat warmer or the bidet water warmer, both work great, just don't need them.It's expensive compared to a standard toilet but worth it!
