Overall this is an excellent toilet ,so far. It is better looking and flushes better than the new Toto. I like the flush buttons on top; they work well.You need two people to install as toilet weighs 120 lbs. , although I installed it myself.My first one piece toilet and looks great and functions good.

Great after-sale support. I contacted the company with some performance related questions and got courteous, quick responses to my questions. Their suggestions seem to have resolved my problem.Overall I can't say enough about how much nicer my bathroom looks with this toilet. And I was never one to be down on my hands-and-knees scrubbing around the rear area of my toilet in the past so it would get pretty gross, this toilet entirely eliminates this concern which is important to me.Now my bathroom looks clean all the time and its easy to touch up.

This toilet looks great, I am so happy with this purchase.What I love about it:1. it is one piece, so it's sleek, modern, and easy to clean. 2. It is elongated 3. The seat hight ( slightly higher than standard toilet) 4. The tank height ( lower than others, it won't cover much of the wall behind it , I was specifically looking to not cover the niche ) 5. it's dual flush, so I can save on water 6. Soft close seatIt works as intended and it looks great in my bathroom.

Nice looking toilet that appears to be of good quality, however, when you have to plunge to clear a few pieces of toilet paper it really is unusable. My 3-yr old son's #2 will not even flush and as you might guess, he is not Paul Bunyon. I purchased this toilet to replace my powder room toilet on the main floor of my house, and now I need to return it. Once again, nice looking toilet, weakest flush I have ever seen even with the water level set at maximum height.Update to the review.. the toilet is difficult to install as the other buyer noted. Unusually awkward and heavy, made this problematic when centering the toilet over the flange. My wax ring displaced and covered a portion of the drain pipe leading to plugs. The instructions say to run a bead of caulk along the bottom edge prior to placing the toilet. I would advise against this. If you're not perfectly aligned, it will create a mess on the floor
