I don't know how I lived before this dual lock and blue painters tape existed. I just don't know.In many places where VHB might be a good solution, but is too permanent, because something might need to be removed, or because something is really difficult to bond to, this is the answer.I removed the suction cups on my RFID toll pass and replaced it with thin strips of dual lock.A giant printed holder for spare build plates for my QIDI Max 3 is secured to the side of a printer cabinet with dual lock.The adhesive, is a bit softer, more gooey, and has an amazing bond strength, often more than most VHB. It works incredibly well on things like toll passes that are constantly exposed to the sun. Truthfully, I have not found a surface that this does not bond to, aside from PTFE!Velcro wishes it could be this when it grows up.
