I'm a mechanic who does brake jobs very regularly, I bought this tool to help make quicker time compressing brake caliper pistons rather than going around the shop to find someone else's to borrow.Any time I go to use this tool it continuously slips on the shaft mechanism that makes the compressor move forward. The trigger would slip under any force even if I hold the other end with my hand. I recommend just buying a more expensive tool that will actually do the job well, this one is straight up garbage.

Wow this thing is heavy duty. Not flimsy or weak. I'm sure it will last for years.

The only complaint is the spring that resets the handle after each squeeze tends to get stuck. Besides that it’s identical to Lisle. Solution : force the handle/ trigger open fully a few times to make it return to its place.

Absolutely need for dual piston brakes, cuts your time in half I use these every day this is actually made very well and should hold up for years. This is a replacement for one I’ve had for years
