They have some ruff, could be considered sharp, edges. They feel flimsy but are actually very sturdy and clamp the dumplings closed very well. Easy to clean.

It's not bad quality, although I think it will likely bend easily. No instructions included, so I had to search YouTube to get an idea of how they work.

Used product first time yesterday. My dough was too thick however; still made raviolis with it. Have to experiment and trial and error process. Works very well once I got the secret to the dough and technique. Going to try fruit filled pastry products next week. Paul

Really great concept, but very poor execution. The ring cutters are not sharp enough to cut thin dough. Even with much pressure and twisting, they only partially cut a circle of dough. The handle snapped off the dumpling press on the first attempt. Junk!

The box was ripped when I got it so that doesn’t impress me hopefully everything inside it is still good. It’s for a birthday gift so I’ll find out later this week.
