I like the soft backing for sanding on edges or rounded surfaces. Also found the aggregate seems to last longer and does not clog easily.I bought these to evaluate the efficiency and was not disappointed. Will be buying more in the near future.

Dura-Gold has become my go to on sanding sponges and tack cloth. I jumped on this assortment and was not disappointed. They are well labelled ( which a lot of off-brand are not) and they clean up nicely. I mainly use them to sand 3d parts, but I'm sure they would work well under any circumstance. Would highly recommend!

Having an assorted type of sanding sponges is convenient as you can pick and choose. Thicker than sheets, gives you more leverage with less pressure from your fingers. While not for all situations, it has its uses.

I used the finer grits to wet sand my badly faded bass boat and then finished with a wool buffet. Well worth it.

These sanding pads have some utility, but it's petty limited. The pad is like a dense sponge or soft rubber. It's not ideal for flat or straight surfaces but should work well on curved surfaces. They seem to hold their grit well.
