I bought these wheel dollies in hopes of moving cars around in my garage without starting them. They seem sturdily built and worked great but the rollers were not wide enough to hold the tires on two of my cars. I contacted customer service and they were very receptive to my situation and immediately sent shipping labels for me to return them. They stayed in contact with me througout the entire process and when they received the products back they issued me a full refund.

At first I rated this as a 1. After contacting Amazon, they contacted the vendor and the vendor was very helpful and sent a brand new lift. Now I changed review to a 4.One of these lifts stopped working when used for the 3rd time. Waiting for a response on how to handle. Purchased 2 sets in July this year and when I tried using them this week, one lift will not lift, seems like seal is not holding pressure when trying to lift tire on boat trailer.

The box got pretty beat up in shipping but the DURHAND Hydraulic Wheel Dolly Tire Jack survived exceptionally well. I'm pushing 60 years old and find big tires aren't as easy to handle and it's a very nice tool to make life easier. Good construction and easy to use, I even like the blue color.Easily handles 33x12.50-15 tires on a lifted truck. Highly recommended!
