Direct fit on my 2010 f250 superduty. A little tight to get to if you have bigger hands but the cord is plenty long to run with the wire loom from the starter up to the front tow hook.

My 2023 RAM 2500 did not come with a winter package, but I learned that nearly all Cummins 6.7L engines leave the factory with the block heater preinstalled. The only thing missing is the power cord. That said, this product solves that problem. The cord is a good heavy gauge wire with plenty of length to route to the bottom of the front grill. It comes with a hex nut around the wire that you spin onto the block heater so it doesn't become disconnected. You don't really need to put a wrench on this nut, hand tight will do.Installation in the RAM's is easier if you remove the right front wheel and oil filter, but it is still doable from under the hood. It will be a tight fit for your hand but it can be accomplished. I routed and zip tied the cable along the frame away from the belts and hot surfaces. Some people like putting a wire loom around the cord, but I didn't see this as necessary.The price is right, but I had to knock one star off for a couple of reasons. First, the cord does not come with a rubber cover for the plug to protect it from the elements. You can buy that separately. Second, the manufacturer should have used a round knurled nut to spin onto the block heater. That would have been much easier to tighten.Don't let these minor gripes deter you from buying this cord. I still give it two thumbs up and recommend it for your truck.

Works fine for the whole first winter, was the coldest winter on record for us. The cord did its job, the truck didn’t catch on fire. I’m pleased.Let’s not mistake this for OEM quality, but I’m not sure OEM doesn’t just rebox these
