I work with Stainless steel (finishing) and I was looking for something that did linear motion, but was also affordable unlike so many specialty burnishers(dynisher, fein 14-25, etc.). I own a Fein 14-25E which is an amazing tool for linear finishing, especially because it can use the quad-keyway 4"x4"x3/4" flap wheels and non-woven nylon finishing wheels. The problem with that type of abrasive media is that it is expensive with the best price per being around $40. I was attracted to this pneumatic wheel because it uses much more affordable belts (3-1/2"x15-1/2"") and for the best type of abrasive belts (ceramic) it's only $10ea. I use this mostly to satin finish 304 grade stainless steel and for heavy scratch removal because the belts are much more "aggressive" than a flap wheel. I use this wheel a lot in a commercial setting and it is holding up very well. I took a partially threaded 5/8-11 hex head bolt, cut the head off, and now use it as an adapter shaft to use this wheel in the drill press which is perfect due to the ability to change rpm's (which I strongly recommend keeping at 800-1100). I like this wheel so much I'm thinking about purchasing the 3-1/2"x7"x5/8-11 hub to finish larger areas.

Works well for using the larger sanding belts (3-1/2 x 15-1/2) with my Metabo burnisher or Milwaukee buffer. The female threads for the arbor are inset and not flush with the outside of the wheel so you may need an arbor extension for another $25.
