With the manual a lot of guessing. The parts are numbered in the manual but not the parts themselves. Good luck identifying them. The fact that thread inserts were missing was the sudden stop to the assembly. Now everything taken apart again and back into the box, that was a nice Saturday afternoon!Amazon helped and I could keep it. Now using it for one year I have to admit I never had a better Gas Grill, in like 15 min its up to 700 deg, makes the perfect steak and - add a stone - even the perfect pizza! I am surprised the ignition still works because I am close to the beach, no corrosion so far, very happy with this!

A part of the grill was damaged within the packaging. I ordered the part for a new door and got a reply that it would be shipped at no cost within 5-7 days. It is now 7 months later and the part has not come. I have tried every possible way to contact customer service. I received a couple emails saying there was a delay. Then it got to where I never would get a reply to my request to find out about shipping the item. All phones numbers replied "message box is full". I have exhausted all efforts with the GHP group (Dyna-Glo). I contracted Amazon customer service today to be told too much time has passed for them to assist. Amazon did pass along another contact number that can be reached in a couple days, but I am not holding out any hope since GHP doesn't show the part # needed. So beware of this company.I love Amazon. I would hope they would be more select on the company products they sell.

Sitting in my house before i install gas line outside. The metal is pretty thin so I dont think it will take any banging around. But it was easy to put together by myself. Maybe an hour and a half. The screws were wanky the way they had random numbers on the back so you gotta look at the pictures to make sure it all works out in what to use. So in that regard, a novice may have some issues putting it together. The under pan seems easy to take out and clean. My old system didn’t have as many removable parts for cleaning so I would expect a good 5 years out of this one. I cant wait to BBQ this weekend.

I would love to grant a 5-star rating to this natural gas grill. It came with the hose and fitting to hook to my natural gas line. It was priced $100 less than 3 burner grills on other sites and I love that the two side tables fold down for easier storage. My issue is the grill grates which are spaced too far apart (food easily slips through) and the grates are porcelain coated, not cast iron. I'm looking for replacement grates, but then the grill is no longer at a good price point. Catch 22.

For this price, and in 2019 there should not be a grill meant for permanent installation like this one that isn't made of stainless steel. The burner elements are stainless, so I guess in 5 years I'll still have those, but the body is, as best I can tell, anodized steel. It should hold up, but one scratch and the cancer is sure to set in. This is a real problem in New England, so that's why I can only give this grill 3 stars even though everything else is pretty darn good about it.Other than that glaring issue, the parts are well made, and everything lines up making assembly a relative breeze. Once assembled the core grill is very sturdy, but the flip up shelves seem a bit flimsy to me. I do like that it has 4 casters and can be easily rolled around into position and then locked. This will come in handy since it can't be left out 24/7/365 due to the material choice.Functionally this grill is excellent. It heats right up, temperature control is a breeze, cooking is even, and I really like the iron grates. They seasoned up nicely, and now leave perfect grill marks every time. There's also plenty of cooking space for such a compact grill. I just really wish the body was made of stainless steel.All in all, I think with proper care and/or the right environment this grill could last many years, but I know myself and I can get lazy sometimes, so it will be left out in the rain occasionally and that makes me nervous.

I bought this grill in Oct 2022. Always had it covered when it wasn't being used and the inside rusted out in less than 2 years. I called about a warranty and I was told only 1 year. I wouldn't buy this grill again.

We downsized from a giant Char-Broil grill and couldn't be happier! There's plenty of space for everything, and the separate ignition for each of the three burners makes it easy to control temperature. Despite the excellent packaging, the cabinet door was dented, but the Dyna-Glo folks were happy to send a replacement -- five stars for great customer service! As others have noted, the grill cabinet isn't the sturdiest metal; and even though all parts were there, the instruction illustrations were frequently wrong about screw placement. But it looks great and works perfectly -- love it!

This bbq is perfect for us. I have a family of 5 and it’s big enough and doesn’t take up too much room on the patio. Easy to assemble and attach to our gas
