these fit all my earrings - I usually don't take my earrings out at night so these stop the posts from stabbing me.They hold the earring post very well but, they are a little hard to remove from the post, just need to apply more pressure when removing.

The quality is good and they would be a good choice as a replacement for a missing backing. I was hoping to use these to lift and stabilize a heavier stud earring. Unfortunately, they’re quite small (see pictures) and not suitable for that purpose; wish seller had included measurements. I will be returning them.

These are definitely small. Too small for my fish hook earrings. They are difficult to get on and to get off.Good quality but the hole is too small.I will order a different brand.
