This is a very handy and purposefully designed accessory for use during exercise. However, a note about size and placement. One of the images for the product shows silhouettes of a man and a woman, with a suggested use of wearing around the upper arm. There is NO way this will happen with an average adult man. I bought the larger size and, try though I might, the highest I could get it on my arm was about an inch below the elbow -- and then, it was very tight and difficult to insert a cellphone in. If you use it as suggested in the photos and description -- i.e., above the wrist area on the forearm -- you should be fine. But you'll never get it around your upper arm, unless you have toothpick arms.

Pocket is tight for a phone and once you get it in, it’s not easy to get out. Should be fine for smaller items like credit cards or bills.

Fits great on my arm but very loose around my wrist. Difficult to remove my phone. Doesn't stay in place. Good material.

I use this whenever I go running if i dont have pockets and need more then just my phone. phone is easy to access and put back in, zipper pocket is a bit harder to put things in once its one your arm. size small is perfect, and I can fit my phone in one pocket and 3 gels in the other. I may get a second one when I start going longer distances. It does get sweaty, but thats to be expected. great price.

I didn't like it at all. It is too big for my wrist. It falls down my arm when I put it a little higher up my arm, and I don't want to wear it all the way up my arm. Putting my phone in was very difficult, I don't want to be dealing with it. The fabric is good, and so is the construction, but it is difficult to use.

While it does fit my iPhone SE, it’s a bit too tight for anything else. Well built, though, and should last awhile.
