Packed ok. Shipping box had many holes , part of it missing. NONE of supplied bolts fit Bumper bracket to vehicle frame as are wrong thread pitch and length. Small alignment bolt in wrong location. License plates electrical connection not same as original equipment. I had to re-engineer the bolts, the alignment bolts and re -use original electrical light connections. On a scale of 1-10,part is shiny, price was OK.Poor quality control in manufacturing. Bumper rusting and pitting. Installed 0ctober 2024. See photos. Bumper cleaned front and back prior to install. Inside was throughly spray rustproofed. Temp was in Mid. 70's. Part was polished and waxed before and AFTER install. NOW Jan.1 2025 rust and pitting showing either side of plate and sides . CHEAP CHINA MADE WITH POOR PLATING. Now asking company Ecotrix to back their product. (Ecotrix responded) after many emails and photos)We agree with $85.We have refunded you and please check it in 3-5 working days. It will go back to your original payment account. Confimed refund complete.

Bumper looks good but arrived in damaged box with no mounting hardware inside. Company’s phone number is no longer in service. Sent two separate messages (one through Amazon, one through the company website) with no response. Factory mounting bolts are different size and thread than the nuts on this bumper so you can’t reuse them. Product is worthless without the new bolts!Update: seller did contact me and offer a small partial refund to cover the cost of buying bolts locally, but they didn’t even know what size I needed to get!

So I bought this bumper without reading much about it. Figured it was just a shell and I'd have to reuse all the hardware and lights. Nope, this is the whole thing, with brackets and license plate lights already installed. Very easy install, definitely get this bumper if yours has holes in it like mine did.

I received the bumper in 2 days which was great. The bumper looks great and came with the brackets to mount it to the frame however there were no hardware to mount the brackets to the bumper or to the truck frame. The old hardware is all rusty and can't be used. Not sure to return it or try and find the hardware bolts some where else.
