The pic showed Eco-Trail ST tires, but my set came with Carlstar (Carlisle) tires, which seem to be rated as one of the best brands on the market for small trailer tires. The J speed rating (62mph) is lower than advertised rating of M (81mph), but overall I am satisfied with the value for my money. I probably shouldn't be running my light duty Harbor Freight Trailer to 81 anyway, although "if I did it" then nothing bad happened... heheh
