Your cart is empty.Edelmann power steering assemblies include high pressure hose where specified by OEM's. Pressure Hose and return hose covers are highly resistant to oil, heat and ozone which cause ordinary assemblies to fail prematurely. Tube construction withstands internal oil temperatures of up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Double piles of high-tensile strength braided fabric help Edelmann pressure and cylinder line hose to withstand pulsation pressures up to 1, 500 psi and bursting pressures up to 8, 900 psi. Tubing is Pro-coated or terne coated and couplings and fittings are zinc-chromate plated for rust and corrosion protection. The uniform crimping process ensures a long-lasting connection and the ferrule ends are flared to prevent pinching or cutting of the hose under tight-bend conditions. Tapered crimp design relieves stress and eliminates tube fatigue. Mounting brackets are included where applicable to ensure a perfectly aligned, stable installation. If the OE utilizes a non-reusable feature, Edelmann duplicates that feature on its aftermarket product. Heat shields and convoluted sheathing designed to protect the hose are additional examples of Edelmann commitment to quality.

Replaced my entire ps rack due to corroded original OEM lines seized in the rack. Used the Edelmann lines without any issues on my 08' F150. Time will tell how they hold up to the road salt. Had to re-use the original frame bracket so take care not to damage that when removing.

I bought this return line along with A high pressure line, and one of them is leaking A drip every now and then at the rack and pinion. The pressure line was A snug fit, but this return line was loose and sloppy. Still cheaper than buying Motorcraft parts. Beware those old lines are A real PAIN to get out of the rack and pinion. I finally got mine out with A propane torch from Lowes.

I installed this on my 2005 f150 4.6 2wd. Easy install from the cooler to the rack and pinion. A month of driving and no leaks so far!!!

Hose fit perfect, fixed the leak, can't beat the price. I just matched the hose to the one in the picture, placed the order, and it was on my door step in 2 days. Didn't have to waste half of the day running all over town to find the part.
