Easy to install plywood edge banding
The only tool you need to apply this veneer edging is a regular household iron. A hot air blower or edge banding machine can also be used if you have these to hand, but a regular iron will be sufficient for a great application. To apply, simply position the veneer edging on the edge of your plywood or other substrate and smooth it with a few passes of an iron or slide it through an edge-banding machine. Suitable for straight-line edges as well as contours. Bandings are impregnated with a high-speed hot-melt glue that creates a permanent, durable bond.

This birch veneer 3â€x25’ roll looks and feels like a high quality product. It is beautiful in color and texture and is exactly 3†edge to edge and also looks thick enough to withstand mild sanding if needed. The glue backing feels like it should bond well with an iron. I will post an update to this review after I apply it to the edges of 4 tabletops I’m making for our church.

Adhered well. Routed over the edge and the veneer stayed attached. Once my project was painted the board looked like one solid piece.

I made a heavy-duty workbench with a top made of 4 sheets of 3/4" plywood. I planed the edges flat and applied this with an iron. Problem is, the plywood edge is not perfectly flat so the imperfections would not adhere which led to bubbling of the product. Granted, this is a workbench so I will leave as is but for this application I should have used the non pre-glued roll and use regular glue. Kinda like the difference between prestick floor tiles and using adhesive.So, good product, but choose the application properly.Four stars!

Perfect for applications that are larger than normal. Easy to use, easy to trim to size. Can use a regular razor blade to trim, do not need special angle razor tool.
