These for into each other perfectly, no wobbling at all like other cheaper versions. Thick, heavy duty metal racks that helped me with my holiday baking tremendously! 4 tiers to stack all my cookies was perfect with my limited counter space, I think I might buy another set for next year.

I bought these to use in an incubator for making Tempeh (an Indonesian staple made from beans cultured with an edible mold). Stain less steel is easy to clean and doesn’t corrode. These are a nice size, and the stackable feature is really nifty, especially if your counter space is limited like mine is. I only use two at a time in the incubator, so I still have two for the counter if I’m baking. Should work well as a rack on a sheet pan for cooking ribs or chicken or whatever. Easy to clean. Really nice product, reasonable price.

Although I have other cooling racks, I specifically bought these to use not for cooling so much, but to help with roasting. The aim being to put your piece of meat on the rack, and place the rack in a roasting pan, with the vegetables underneath, so that the meat juices could fall on the vegetables and flavour them. The rack seems well constructed, stainless, strong and sturdy. I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a great cooling rack set. I bought 2 sets in total. The first for myself. Easy to use, sturdy, set on top of each other easily, and simply wash in the dish washer. I just bought a second set as a Christmas gift. If you are looking for a good rack, these are a great option.
