Q1: I already have an EIOTCLUB SIM card, can I refill the global plan?

A1: The global plan only applys to our bizgloblelink SIM card, and double network and triple-play network SIM cards cann't switch to the global network.

Q2: What is the difference between local data plans and global plans?

A2: Please ensure that the router is an unlocked device. Our APN is: america.bics. Some routers need to access their networks to set up our APN configuration. Please refer to the device instructions.thout the need for long-distance roaming fees, and you can freely switch networks without changing SIM cards.

Q3: Can I use this card in China? Does it have a phone number?

A3: Yes, the international SIM card data plan supports countries such as Asia/Europe/Canada. This is just a data SIM card, without a phone number, voice and text messages. International SIM cards can be used in China. You can see the detailed country/region information above.
