All calls, text and data must originate in the U.S. A unique (never been used with H2O Wireless) IMEI and Amazon order number are required for activation. Your phone must be AT&T VoLTE compliant to use H2O Wireless. Plan will not work in tablets, modems, routers, etc. However, you may connect external devices using the plan's hotspot. At the expiration of your prepaid plan, top-up your service with JZN Market. Discounts available for multiple month renewals and when you sign up for autopay. All plans must be activated within 45 days of your order.

Sim cards were Damaged . I was left without my 2 phone numbers for 1 month . I managed to transfer both sims to new sim cards at a store. but, only 1 number is active now. I still have no service on 1 of the numbers. I lost one notj of service snd needed to buy bew sim cards.

SIM CARD WORKS, BUT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE 20 DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST MONTH, YOU HAVE TO CALL H2O WIRELESS AND GIVE THEM THE SIM CARD INFORMATION AND PAY THE FIRST MONTH. WHAT YOU GET IS THE SIM CARD BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO ACTIVATE IT THROUGH H2O AND PAY THE FISRT MONTH AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE, JUST SO YOU KNOW.

When you put the SIM in you then have to go to the website and enter a whole load of information such as IMEI code and local dialling code and then wait 4-6 hours for them to activate it.
