All activations are done through our JZN Market activation portal. All calls, text and data must originate in the U.S. A unique (never been used with H2O Wireless) IMEI and Amazon order number are required for activation. Your phone must be AT&T VoLTE compliant to use H2O Wireless. Plan will not work in tablets, modems, routers, etc. However, you may connect external devices using the plan's hotspot. At the expiration of your prepaid plan, top-up your service with JZN Market. Discounts available for multiple month renewals and when you sign up for autopay. All plans must be activated within 45 days of your order.

Activation process was quick (3 minutes rather than 4-6 hours after we filled out the form). Had to switch the phone to airplane mode, then switched it back to get the network connection.

This sim card is not through H2O wireless. I had H2O wireless several years ago and was great. But this Sim card is through a third party. During the activation process (only online activation) you're told to not contact h2o. Then on top of it all, once you put in all the information to activate the phone, they tell you that it can take 6 to 12 hours before hearing a response back and before you phone is activated. Like really??!! But I need to use my phone now. This wait time on this is not worth it and the fact that I can't speak with anyone on the phone really bothers me.

Great plan for talking and texting. The internet/data has not been working and I called H2o a few times to get it to work. I may be speaking to the wrong agents. Even after a month of calling them at least four times. Installing it into my phone was easy. I did have to wait a little for the plan to be active. It was a great price for what it could come with. Cheaper than other plans. The quality and service is great. I would first try for a month before getting a few month plan to make sure the internet works.

Tried to activated the Sim Card but failure. As the company did not provide the Airtime pin number. I would like to return and refund the amount, it claim no refund is allowed.

JZN Market konnte die SIM Karte nicht aktivieren und hat mir gesagt, dass ich die SIM Karte zurückschicken soll.Warum man eine SIM Karte anbietet, die man nicht aktivieren kann, ist mir ein Rätsel.Zum Glück konnte mir der Amazon Support schnell helfen und mir den bezahlten Betrag zurückerstatten.

Brought last year so returning to the states this year brought again and 2 didnt activate 2 did but with a warning you wont be issued any more sims as you are a returning customer you get the middle finger will be returning these for a refund.

Despite this being repeatedly described as unlimited in the description, it cannot be used to tether my tablet. This is to me a big failing.
