I am not one for writing reviews but this bike deserves it.I received this bike 2 days earlier than anticipated which was great. I cannot believe the quality of this e-bike for this low price.It came packaged perfectly no damage . It was easy to finish putting together. I love everything about this bike. The seat is super comfortable, the battery easy to remove and /or charge. It rides smooth and quietly and if needed can go FAST. Great mileage! I love that the back light works automatically. No separate cheap attachment. The step over for my 5’1’ short legged body is the right height, easy to get on and off . The quality of the whole bike is so sturdy, welds are really good and it looks beautiful. I got white and it’s just such an attractive bike. It maneuvers like a dream . This is my third e-bike in two years . It’s been a long process of buy and resell to get to the bike I’d been waiting for that fit me and met my needs. I paid over $2000 for each of the other two bikes and neither had the quality of this bike. (Neither one fit me without me feeling tippy getting on and off- step thru much higher and so horribly loud). The seats were awful, both were noisy , loud and clunky as I rode. So many other issues but this Actbike outperforms them both. So happy I decided to look on Amazon this time. I was worried to order an e-bike online and now I’m so glad I did. I’d rate this bike 1000 stars if I could!

It's my first ebike , so I am not an expert - but I loved it so much! ♥ï¸I decided I need more exercise, so I got myself a regular bike first and I just hated it .... Not for me. Plus I want to be able to tow my toddler ... And go up all the hills ... And stay out long enough to keep up with more experienced bikers for the long rides... And I am having hard time with the balance so regular bike was just too annoyingly hard to learn as a grown -up. I got this one and it turned out to be so much fun!!!! It makes me want to just get out and ride all the time ! The fat tires and heavy base greately help with balance , it goes through mud, dirt, sand etc. Also I love how responsive it is to my pace and effort. The seat with springs is rather comfortable - so overall it's a pleasure to ride (and it goes sofast too, I wasn't brave enough to go all the way full speed yet lol) , but it's very responsive, intuitive and easy to ride and the brakes are good so I feel safe learning. Plus it looks cool and quite fancy.

I’m 61 and just started riding again after about thirty years. The bike is a joy to ride. It’s stable and the battery life is great. I would highly recommend this bike for anyone looking to get an e bike.

It was missing the saddlebag but they got it to me a few days later. I love the bike.

Dead on arrival. Got it all put together and charged the battery. Battery said full then dropped to dead and won’t turn on. Now the battery won’t charge at all. Box was damaged and bike was a little beat up. Took a while to assemble because of alignment problems.
