Para mí estuvo bien llegué un poco antes pero no estuve para recibirla ten en cuenta que necesitas firma para recibirla solo llegó con un pequeño tallon pero no me afecta está un poco pesada me imagino que fue durante en transporte todo bien solo la tarjeta no sirvió con mi celular es un Motorola edge 2023 todo bien con lo demás todas las piezas y viene con herramienta para armarla

I like riding the bike although my seat was hurting my bum a little bit, (will find a comfortable replacement for longer trips) it was a nice smooth ride. The breaks however were making a noise when I squeezed the knob (something might be wrong with the way it was handled) and the seat in the back is a little loose even though I tried tightening it. Battery life was pretty good and it was easy for my daughter to assemble it for me. Overall, I will enjoy the bike ride to work!

Easy to assemble . Comes with all necessary tools to build in about 30 minutes. Aired up the tires and kids took off with it .. the big plus is the seats are actually comfortable unlike other brands I’ve bought

I bought a Benifore and honestly this is the best bike I've ever had. it is everything I wanted, and more. They have amazing customer service and are very responsive and helpful as well. They helped me retrieve my package when it was lost, even though it wasn't their problem to deal with. 5 star review Everytime and I'll never buy an EBike from another company!
