I had some issues with the first bike I ordered. They are taking that bike back. Instead of ordering this one again I ordered the 3.0. Customer service is excellent for this company. When the bike was working good it was nice riding bike.

I have owned several ebikes. I got this one because it is so light weight & can easily be put in the back of the truck. It is a simple fixed gear bike. It has 5 levels of assist & a throttle. It's very cute & people always comment on the purple color. I plan to have it with me on some future camping trips because it's an easy way to get around once you have set up camp.

Love it came right out of the box ready to ride. Does great on the trails in Tucson. Easy to charge and maintain 5 different power assist Levels. Brakes work great highly recommend love it 45 pounds fold up and put in the camper.

Perfect Electric Bike! Folds in half and fits in the trunk of my Audi. I can lift it...not too heavy. Love the look, and no crossbar that lots of electric bikes have for men...I wanted a fit for a woman. Great source of exercise...it's a myth, that just because it's electric, you don't pedal...you do, and you go a lot further! I Love mine!

I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars. The bike had issues with corrosion on both battery and male plug. Also the Control screen would not remember it’s settings. Lectric responded quickly to resolve the problems. They sent me the required parts and I am happy with the results. The power cuts out intermittently. I contacted Lectric but because I bought it through Amazon I have to contact them through Amazon to get customer service. I have sent a message through Amazon but have not received a message back. I don’t even know where or how to receive such message. As result, I would not buy through Amazon. I would recommend buying directly through Lectric.

The bike was great until I needed customer service during a trip in which I depended heavily on them. The bike started having intermittent power issues and turning off with a full battery charge. We called the Lectric support and told us that once we bought it thru AMAZON would have to verify out purchase before they can give us any service. They said one hour, we re now going on 2days and nothing yet.ERRORS E006 AND E008 kept coming up. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM LECTRIC FORM THAT REASON.

I was looking for a bike that I could easily put into the back of my car or a trunk and this one seem to be a good fit. Upon receiving the bike, I was pleasantly surprised that it was 95% assembled. Just had to adjust the screen and control placement quickly tightening them into place. After a quick charge, I was riding the bike same day. I would say this bike is a fantastic travel bike and provides many of the advantages of a scooter or smaller vehicle with the added security of hydraulic disc brakes on upright riding position and a comfortable seat.
