The bike is great and the customer service is very nice when I have issues. It’s fast and the battery is good. Only thing I can warn you about is to make sure you have all your screws and to screw everything tightly.

I wanted to try an e bike but don't want to spent $2000 if I don't like them. This is a perfect starter bike for an adult. The seat is uncomfortable and the rear sling guard over the tire is flimsy, but other than that it's a great bike. It goes about 19.5 MPH and lasted about 23 miles for 2 hours of riding, but I wasn't going full speed the whole time. I used pedal assist about 3/4 of the time and I'm about 165lbs. It has speeds 1-5 to adjust. Good power to help getting up small hills. I can finally exercise and have fun on these hilly georgia roads!

No, It's not going to go 50 miles, but show me one e-bike that goes above it's rated mile range. For reference, I am a big guy ay 6' 285lbs. It is a Small Battery, so you may have to get another battery if you need extended range. I got 23 miles on my first charge. Hit a top speed of 24 mph. I rode it like an noob and could have gotten better mileage if i wasn't riding like a fool. It runs great at level 3 that gets me 11-14 mph while using 40-80 Watts of power. I'm estimating that would give me about 35miles per charge if ridden conservatively. The display is good and gives you plenty of options, from Watts to speed to e.t. and more. The seat is not comfortable. I got another one that is cushy and has an additional shock absorber. All in all it's a great bike for the price, and not hard to put together with the provided tool bag. I also put slime in the tires for flat tire protection. So far so good - I ordered another one for my family as well. I will give another update as time goes on...

I have been watching E-Bikes for some time. The wisdom is get one from a local source so they can fix it. I can do a lot of care for the bike myself so at 1/4 to 1/2 the price of a Name Brand expensive one I gave this a try and am not disappointed so far. CST tires are a good brand CE rated battery (same as or better than UL) And readily available controls are all good and no issues so far. It has everything the Big Boys have and does over 20 mph. I rarely ride that fast usually 13 mph nice and enjoyable. Use for neighborhood rides mostly . It IS a little tall takes a good swing of my leg on my 5'8" over the installed Panner Bag and seat to mount but once on can stand over the cross bar. Can' lower seat due to Panner Bar bracket.

Easy to assemble I didn't even have read the instructions, charged up the battery and was off! This is my first ebike and the pedal assist is very nice. When turning on the ebike it does take a minute to boot up and there is a slight lag when starting the bike but once your off the accelerator is very responsive.Overall nice ebike for the price. The goose neck gets loose so beware when riding on rugged terrain which is why I took off a star. I also, unfortunately, ended up getting a flat tire on some rugged trails which the tires are not warranted. They are air tube tires, so I'll be replacing those with solid tires. If you use the air tubes that come with this bike beware that the rear tire is very difficult to get back on. It requires patience and if you're in the outback and it's hot, forget it, it would be a nightmare. It's a shame that the bike doesn't come with a solid tube in the rear, which is what I replaced the rear tire with, so that wouldn't ever be a problem for me anymore, but it is a challenge to work with the rear tire when repairing.

Wonderful bike. I absolutely love the folding feature, once folded, it can fit almost anywhere. I'm going to hang mine on garage wall. The dual shock feature on these bikes is also fantastic, makes for a smooth ride. also the lcd display is awesome, very clear. 21 speeds is a bit much for an Ebike, but I'd rather have them and not use as compared to need and not have. The only cons i would say is that to maximize the battery life, one needs to mix between the pedal function and throttle function. And one last thing, the instructions to put together and not very clear, but do not let that discourage you, there are plenty of resources to help you get riding and having fun.

Bike rides smooth. Easy to setup! Controls are easy to use. I live in wv so hills do drain your battery if your all electric. Love the throttle function on handlebar. Max's out at 20mph on flats 28 mph downhil. Overall very nice bike for what I spent! Thanks to the creators! Worth the money!
