These are great bikes. We bought 2 and love them. They are fast and the battery lasts a long time.. I suggest you upgrade the seat, but other than that. They are one of the best bikes on the market for the money. I highly recommend this bike and customer service has been great.

Well made product, everything works right. It is too tall for me(5'6), with the seat at lowest setting, I can hardly touch the ground with my toes.

this is the worst bike I have owned, brakes came apart, motor is very sluggish and low powered.

As of right now I just got the bike looks and rides great. I am a little bumbed out about the chunk or metal. (Not just a scratch) I really don't want to go through the process to get it repaired or replaced at the moment. I will update my review once I have owned it a little longer.

So far so good. Quality is acceptable. My son uses it most days to ride home from school. He’s 6’ and about 175 lbs. It has plenty of power, is capable of approximately 25 mph. Range is good, can make several trips before needing a charge.

I love this bike. It shipped really fast. It is like a normal bike in size and weight. It was easy to assemble with a youtube video assistance. Charge lasts quite a while. I am having a blast riding it.
