My hubby and I switched to an Electric Percolator about 15 years ago. The first one we bought was from an antique store. That one lasted over 10 years for us (daily coffee drinkers). When that one conked out I purchased another from Amazon. I never really liked it that much and coffee grounds ended up in the coffee. That one lasted 1 1/2 yrs. Then I purchased another from here and that one lasted maybe 2 years (and coffee grounds galore, even using filters! Ugh) That one conked out a couple weeks ago.... I debated on Percolator or Coffee Maker. It seems ridiculous to me that the Percolators lasted such a short time. They just don't make things like they used to!!!!!I came on Amazon again and looked and looked. I really did want a Percolator due to space on my counter. I found this one and read the reviews and decided to take a chance. I received it a week ago and I am in love with this one!!!! It is SOooo well built. Very sturdy. All Stainless Steel and glass (No hot plastic for us) The basket and lid fit extremely tight and the holes don't go straight through. The holes on the basket and lid are like the steel is punched down so the coffee drains out the sides of the punched steel and not directly down a hole. Well, let me tell you NO coffee grounds!!!!! I still use a filter but I'll bet I don't need to. Grounds free down to the last cup, with or without the basket in while pouring coffee!! That's a big deal to us!!! Plus it has an actual turn on/off switch, not an on/off "button" that broke and got stuck on our last one and tripped our breaker every time when it was going out. Oh and this one has a 3 prong plug in. None of the others did.So with that said, I could not be happier with this Percolator!!!! I don't usually review purchases on here but this is so good, I just had to let you know!!!!! Happy coffee day!!!!!

Very happy. Put it on a timer and it's bpa free coffee for me every morning. Wish they would make them automatic. The handle is large with good grip and well designed for good balance. Better coffee than my french press and much more convenient. A bit more involved than a set and forget but easy enough to get used too. I use paper disc filters. They go over the grinds to prevent overflow, not under them. You will get some sediment either way. Brews in 5 minutes. Stays warm for hours. Customer service is very supportive and responsive. I'm done with coffee machines.

I do so like this percolator, love the simplicity and size and the convince of being cordless. Brewing time is quick and temperature is nice and hot, and stays that way for your next cup without tasting burnt. Does not have auto shutoff but I have not seen that feature in other percolators within that price range. Only complaint is the charging disc does not have adequate room to wrap the cord around. I would be willing to pay more for such a simple modification that is better quality and a little heavier. Other than that no complaints, easy to clean and wonderfully has a waterproof on/off switch. I would purchase again.

This is the second percolator that I have purchased.The first one was for a Christmas gift My family member was so impressed that all the parts are metal. No plastic.He is a real coffee lover. The second one is for me. It makes a great cup of coffee and is an easy clean.

I bought this stainless steel coffee pot to get away from the plastics. I love it! Makes great coffee and it's very easy to do!It's the old fashioned way. I highly recommend this coffee pot! It's made of good quality stainless steel and a glass bulb and it's easy to clean.

I really loved the coffee made in this percolator and I loved it is free of plastic; however, after one use it trips my breaker which appears to be a safety hazard. The reviews were good but it conflicts with the note that this is a frequently returned item. p

We have accidentally left this pot on several times for several days and the pot works perfectly! We thought it would be ruined for sure the last time we left it on for 3 days while we were out of town, but it still works.

This little percolator is awesome! I have an induction cooktop and seller was nice enough to let me know it would work. Got it super fast and tried quickly. Super easy to use, had to gauge how much coffee to put in and it took only 2 tries to get it how I love mine. Makes 3 big cups of coffee at max line which is a plus because I use 16-20+ oz mugs each morning. Parts are very easy to clean and put together and the way it is made there is no risk of coffee ground getting in with the water. Best coffee "machine" I have ever got price great for this item!

Exactement comme je le voulais pour le campeur et en plus il y a deux verres en cadeaux. Pratique pour un café tôt le matin sur la cuisinière au propane pour pas démarrer la génératrice juste pour la cafetière électrique… pour réveiller à 5h AM le voisinage … Acheminement à la maison très rapide! Je recommande!

Stainless quality and wood handle are good. Glass tops keep cracking, and not from being dropped. They are a pain to find and expensive. To date I have spent as much on replacement glass knobs as the pot cost. I like the pot so I keep buying them.

Let me start this by saying that my partner and I LOVE coffee. We drink it all the time. Not like super expensive espresso machines coffee with the fancy tamper, but just good coffee, from a drip machine preferably. Anyway we went on holiday and the cafe press in the letting was tiny. I mean like a 1 cup tiny. So we ordred this because I had grown up with grandparents that used a percolator and the stove was perfectly usable. Well this bad boy was an absolute life saver and after a little learning and adjusting, we've now taken it on holiday twice. Now I don't know if it will work on those fancy induction stoves (which tells me if i ever move, I will never get one of those, who needs a stove top that doesn't work on literally anything you want to make?) but it did work on the old electric stove top that we used.It's pretty handy if you need to make a round of coffee for 4.Also, we used it for loose leaf tea. Worked a treat!
