If you want to turn on the fans when A/C activates, you would need an additional relay kit and follow the steps below:
1.Connect the RED wire from the A/C relay to the grey wire (sending unit) of the original fan relay harness
2.Connect the GREY and COFFEE wires from the A/C relay to the ground
3.Connect the BLACK wire from the A/C relay to the +12 volt of the A/C compressor clutch wire
For reference: 12 Gauge - 20 Amps; 10 Gauge - 30 Amps; 8 Gauge - 40 Amps
Please note:
1.The thermostat MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded.
2.If you intend to mount high-profile cooling fans, you could crimp or solder bigger wires to it. The 14AWG wires (15 amps) are not bigger enough for high amps draw.

This works well and despite my odd application it came with enough fittings and wire to make it work.My only gripe is that the wires weren't marked and there were no instructions in the package. I've been messing about with relays and such for 40 years so I didn't have much trouble figuring it out.I could see where that might be a headache to someone less familiar.Other than that, this is a really nice little kit, for a very decent price.

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. The relay shorted out after about 5 minutes. I replaced the fuse and the relay and the system works. No directions included so I had to print them from the pictures in the ad.

Showed up fast, was complete and in great condition. Only bad thing was no install instructions or site to go to for different installs.

First it is nice that all these items were available in a ‘kit’. My truck had a significant engine fire from a fuel injection gas leak. So having a kit available to replace multiple components was helpful thru the ordering process. The items are easy to install and get my truck on the road a lil faster. Reall appreciate the temperature sensor in there with connectors.

You can't go wrong - the color-coded wiring diagram and the relay pinout are both on the Amazon item page where you bought it. So don't gripe about there being no wiring diagram in the package - It's right there online where you can't lose it.
