This was a great addition to our house. We recently installed it and during the installation the front glass broke. We contacted customer service, and they were amazing! They asked for pictures and our information and sent us a new fireplace with all the parts. Such an amazing experience with this. It's rare to see this from companies these days. Not only customer service has been excellent, but they also product is amazing. It looks great, heats up our living room very well and my kids love playing with the lights and all the functionalities. The assembly took us less than 1 hour after we built the frame and all you need is a normal 120V outlet to plug it in. I couldn't recommend it enough. My whole family loves the product and customer service was outstanding!

It works great and looks great not much else to say. Shipping was a nightmare usual FedEx service. Slammed the product on the concrete and left it in the snow (I have it on camera). But that isn’t a review of the product itself to I didn’t take stars away. I wish business would stop using them to deliver.

The variety of flame colors is amazing and really brings a vibrant atmosphere to the room. I love that it’s remote-controlled and super slim, so installing it on the wall was a breeze. It’s the perfect touch for creating a cozy vibe without any hassle!

Make sure you have the mounting brackets correctly inserted in the fireplace. Great value.

The electronic fireplace is very nice, no more worrying about the pilot light and the smell of burnt dust every season. It gives our house a modern feel. I love the different flame levels and colors, and the heating effect is also good.
