This Electric Flour Sifter will break up clumps and aerate flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients to give your baked goods a light and fluffy texture.

Turn over the sifter, make sure the mesh screen is properly installed and fasten tightly, otherwise the sifter won’t function properly, and may cause extra noises, make sure to repeat this step before every use.
Open the battery compartment, insert 2 x AA batteries, and put the cover lid back on, seal it properly.
Fill flour into the sifter, hold the handle horizontally and steadily; Please put in smaller portions when sifting sugar powders, and keep the sifter low to prevent diffusion of the powders.
Press the button on the handle to turn on the sifter, press again to switch off.
Handle gets loose
Screws of the handle are getting loose:
1. Remove the battery compartment lid;
2. Unfasten the two screws under the Switch button;
3. Carefully remove the Switch module, fasten the screw revealed;
4. Install the Switch module back and fasten the two screws in Step 2.
Device gets noisy
Mesh screen not fixed tightly or not in place:
Check the mesh, re-install or fasten it properly.
Flour flows slowly
Mesh sieve adhesion or clogged:
Detach the mesh screen, clear the mesh sieve with water or brush, install it back and fasten properly.
Device doesn’t work or work weakly
No Battery installed: Installing 2 x AA batteries;
Batteries are installed with polarities reversed: Batteries must be installed according to correct polarities;
Low battery: Replace batteries.

This was a present for a 70 year old baker who dreaded sifting flour. She used it and was delighted that it worked so well and said it was now her favorite piece of baking tools.

First, this is BATTERY operated! It works ok. It vibrates so the dry ingredients shake to sift. Its not like what you see in the vids on line, but the more you sift the faster it works! I have tendonitis in both wrists & arthritis in my dingers, so this is what I needed! It is very helpful!

This sifter is very lightweight and very fast! Just put your flour or whatever in and push the button. Your ingredient is sifted in seconds.
