The top tray is very shallow, but the bottom is massive. It heats food from room temperature very quickly. The cords are on the short side. Great product, easy to carry. Definitely worth the price

This was a great item for my husband. He works seasonally in the wet and snowy months. He is out on the road and nowhere are a source to heat his lunches. This lunchbox allows him the ability to heat up his lunch and enjoy a hot meal while he is out working. The separate cold tray is perfect for the fruits, veggies, and additional items I pack for him.

This thing is awesome! No more wsitong at the microwave to heat up meals. Just plug it in before lunch break and it'll be nice, hot, and ready to eat! It's not too big but not too small. Perfect size and very versatile with 2 different plug ins. Very durable and easy to use. Cleaning it is simple, just remove the trays and make sure they're fully dry before replacing. Different color options to choose from also. It seals tight and doesn't leak. Definitely worth buying!

Item works great, however, be aware that this unit turns on, and it's on. She goes boys... there is no theremostat, no, automatic off. I used it first day to with 4 pieces of square pizza, heated for about an hour and it worked fine. Today, I had spaghetti, Salsbury Steak and Mashed potatoes, and then got called out for a service call... 2 hours later, It had melted holes through the aluminum foil that I had covered inside pan with and turned gravy and mashed potatoes into a charcola bricket. So, It works good, but timing is everything. Definetly buy an extra pan, because today's pan will be soaking a while to break everything loose lol. Enjoy

Bought for a friend to have hot lunches instead of eating sandwiches everyday. She plugs it in 30 mins before lunch n walla, hot lunch. Not limited to sandwiches anymore. Loves it!

It's really slow warming up food. And isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. It does offer more options for taking lunch to work, as long as you don't expect it to get the food very warm. May be better if you gave it an hour or more to warm it. Advertised said 24-26 minutes. I gave mine 40 minutes and it got the food slightly warmer than room temp.

It works, 4 stars.-1 star, because it gets unevenly hot. There is only one "3cm x 3cm" very hot spot, and the rest of area is just waiting to warm up. Non soup meals have to be mixed during warm up. I would not leave the meal box unattended during warm up.It also leaks liquid from air venting point. The venting point is not completely closable. So the Box cannot be carried in any kind of position. It might not fit into you back bag.
