Before purchasing this kit, my nipples were more like buds with both diameter and height just over 1/8” in each direction. I am now on day 9 of using the kit, and both the diameter and height are approaching 1/2” in each direction. Obviously, they will shrink down and soften a bit when at rest and in a completely relaxed state, but when chilly or the goosies run over me, when stimulated or excited, or when active, they now return to their new heightened and full shape. Their silhouette is now quite visible through many of my bras and tops. I should say, I don’t like padded bras. I typically use the machine one time a day, sometimes two, on level 9 and on the consolidate mode setting. Believe me, it has more than adequate power to do the job, and it can be extremely stimulating. While the machine by itself is great, Do Not dismiss the effectiveness and intent of the manual suction cups. I use these more than the machine. I sleep in them, I wear them underneath my bras, and I wear them around the house when I don’t have one of my bras on. Believe me, when properly applied, and it’s not difficult, they really extend and widen your nipples. Just follow the manufacturer’s instructions, but do invest in a good nipple cream or nipple butter. It makes a difference in how well the nipple cups attach and stay on your nipples, it helps to keep them moist and comfortable, and it helps to avoid cracking of your nipple surface tissue. The nipple butter I purchased is called Nipple Crack. It’s all natural, and the manufacturer says completely safe if a baby gets it in its mouth. In fact, I use it on my lips as well as my nipples. I love this product. When first using the suction from the machine or the manual cups, you may experience some clear or pinkish discharge. I did, and it was harmless. It stops as soon as the suction is removed. After about three days of use, I no longer experienced any type of discharge. One note of warning—don’t allow the fluid to get sucked into the machine. The manufacturer says, while the initial discharge is perfectly normal, any fluid that gets sucked into the machine can damage it. Also, your nipples may be a little sensitive when you first begin using the products. It’s only mildly uncomfortable, and it dissipates quickly. With the manual cups, it dissipates within a minute or so, and then you will honestly forget you are wearing them. With the machine, where some of the modes have a continuous sucking action, you will probably feel it throughout the session, but it has not been painful for me, instead, quite stimulating. Bottom line, I love this kit. Both the electric and manual components are highly effective. This is one of the most useful and satisfying purchases I have made in quite come time. The price could seem high to some, but for what you get, how effective it is, and how much you will use it on a daily basis, it is an absolute value. Based on the results of my first 9 days, I can’t wait to see my results after 3 or 4 months.March 9, 2024 Update - I have not used this device in several months, and I can honestly say, I have nipples, which are fuller and more fully extended, as if it is the way they have always been. In fact, my new norm is for them to be full and perky way more often than not, and they are so firm, they press through all my bras, even when I am wearing a lined t-shirt bra, that they gently protrude through all my clingy tops. This device is so therapeutic with regard to what it was designed for. I could not be happier.

I have always had nipples that hid and dealt with the teasing that females had to deal with. When I had my daughter, this would have been more useful than the ridiculous "cups" they advised wearing to draw out the nipples for breast feeding which cut into the skin. Years rolled by. Tride the suction cups for nipples but that just left pain and blisters and no results. Discovered the electric nipple corrector and decided to try. It is amazing. I advise starting on the lowest setting and go through all four steps: Correct - 15 min, Strenthen - 10 min, Repair - 10 min and Consolidate - 20. (Had to do a lot of research to figure out how it works.) Do that at least for a month. You can try increasing suction, but I do not advise it. Be patient. 50 minutes a day is well worth it. After the first month, I finally moved to Consolidate only and increased to suction level 2. Each time you move up, it is more instense, so be careful. This step will continue for 2 months, so suction level can be increased very slowly. You don't need to go to the highest level, just what works for you. I place a little coconut oil cream on the areolas and nipples. Don't over apply since it will melt and get sucked into the tube which can interfere with the motor. When the session is over, I just turn it off and let the nipples relax. The cups will fall off naturally. This keeps you from pulling them loose and possibly damaging the areola. (Learned the hard way.) The results: I have nipples now and they do react to cold and sensitivity. Something they never did before. So nice to have them come out of hiding. Can't post a photo for obvious reasons. Can't wait to see how they improve over the next 2 months. I can see how this will help breast feeding mothers, but it is great for those who have dealt with hidden nipples and don't want to have surgery or nipple rings put in. Did not like the sound of those 2 options. If you get a little tender or over sensitive, just wet a thin makeup pad, squeeze it a little then freeze it. Apply to that area. As it melts, it cools and relieve them. Also, wear sheer mesh bras or get some cotton spandex crop tops to wear under shirts. It allows the nipples to stay cooler and free by not getting mashed back in while you are going through the 3 month process. Always wipe off the cups and recharge before next use. Hope this helps those who are considering it.

Fix at the bottom!Purchased for $45 about 2 months ago and it felt great while it lasted. But I use level 9 setting constantly and it recently stopped sucking. I can hear the motor, but it doesn’t work. May try to open it to fix the issue. This would be an easy 5 stars if it wasn’t for its short life span.Update: I fixed the device!1. Peel off the adhesive faceplate.2. Remove 4 silver screws (0x25 Philips).-Take a photo of the inner parts in their place so you can put it back together more easily later.3. Get to the large white cylinder with the 3 silver screws.4. Remove the screws of said cylinder.5. Adjust the black triangle thingy just under the lid.6. Insert screws tightly and test it out before you restore the device to originality.-side note: I think these 3 screws vibrate loose during use and cause the pump to not function properly. Wear and tear but easily restored.7. Put device back together.-I have an issue with the adhesive faceplate continually acting the machine so I leave it off. Not pretty but it works.View photos for examples. 0x25 Philips screw driver required.

I just recieved this today. Was a little worried reading some peoples reviews. I have inverted nipples and would like to see if having outtie nipples will be any different. First thing I did was charge the device, which pretty much was fully charged. While reading instructions and going through my mail I used the manual suckers. It does hurt then the pain subsides, but my nipples have never seen the light of day or air touch them. Played with it off and on for about an hour to see what felt the best, how to get the best suction and if I could wear under a bra. Definitely can wear under my lounge around sports bra. Looks so weird cause you can see them through the shirt. Once the device was fully charged I tried the correct setting for 15mins on the lowest setting. Both methods definitely extracted the nipple for how long I don't know. This will be my daily regime for the next several weeks and I will edit my review once I've used it for awhile.The only thing I wished they clarified was how long to use the manual cups for. I had to go to another site for a different brand to find out. "To prevent soreness or nipple trauma, start out wearing only an hour the first day, and each day your time can be increased slowly. The goal is to be wearing it for eight hours a day. Do not wear it day and night!" This was copied from the Avent site.

Ich habe mir das Gerät aus Spaß an der Freude gekauft und bin sehr begeistert. Die verschiedenen Modi sind prima und auch die wählbare Saug Stärke ist angenehm. Ich nutze sie mit Creme und hatte bisher kein Problem das sie nicht halten. Ich kann sogar mit ihnen durch die Gegend laufen ohne das sie abfallen.Für mich definitiv eine sehr Lust volle Angelegenheit ;-)Die Nippel becher in L habe ich nach bestellt.Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Ich hoffe die Freude hält lange an.
