  2. Within 30 days-1 year of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problem, free maintenance wilbe provided, in which case the customer need to bear half of the freight.
  3. After 1 year of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problem, the customer need to pay for the maintenance as well as all the freight, which will be quoted in depends.

The wooden crate was quite large and not easy to open at first until you got the hang of it. Assembly was a breeze as there weren't many components to it. Operating the forklift was also very straightforward, though the only aspect that required practice was loading the forklift itself onto a truck. It wasn't as easy as it appeared in the video and took several attempts to master. Overall, it's a great product! It offers excellent value for the money!

Assembly was quite straightforward, but there were many details that required attention, such as calibrating the angle adjustment between the walking fork and the cargo fork. The customer service responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Approximately 10 days after placing the order, I received the goods. There were no detailed assembly instructions, but I managed to assemble it easily by following their assembly video. After charging it for a few hours, I was ready to use it. It's great that the customer service staff were very prompt in their communication.
