The first time I used this machine I used a recipe from Italy. There wasn't enough dough and it didn't kneed properly. I had to keep pulling it out of the machine to make a ball and put it back on kneed. I used it again today with the manufacturer dough recipe with the same result. Wasted all of those ingredients and tried a third recipe with more flour a=nd volume. The dough needed ok but trying to extract took forever. I had to keep stopping the machine and shoving the dough into the opening. This machine is a waste of money and I wish I had not thrown the box away!

I could nanvdw ver get it to make noodles. The mixture has to be absolutely perfect.
